Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 100 gm
  2. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  3. 1 tsp salt (or acc to your taste)
  4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  5. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  6. Pinch of garam masala
  7. Pinch of Kasuri methi
  8. dough(wheat flour)
  9. ghee/ butter

Instructions

  1. Take paneer mash it (granulated).
  2. Add all masalas and mix it properly.
  3. then take a dough roll down into a small roti.
  4. spread little ghee/butter then spread paneer mixture.
  5. fold it into square shaped roti.
  6. again roll it down (be careful do not press it hard otherwise material will come out)
  7. take a tawa, as it gets hot, put square shaped roti on it
  8. cook from one side, turn it spread butter
  9. then turn the side again spread ghee.
  10. cook from both the sides.
  11. paneer parantha is ready to serve
