We all love muffins.. Wouldn't tht be great if we take a bite of muffin and a tasty, tangy strawberry oozes out as a surprise .. Kids r gonna love this for sure..

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 110 gms flour
  2. 110 gms powdered sugar
  3. 110 gms unsalted butter
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. For strawberry sauce
  8. Strawberries 200 gms
  9. Sugar 1/4 cup
  10. Corn flour 3 tblspn

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take room butter at room temperature .it should be soft.
  2. Add powdered sugar in two to three batches and keep mixing it with the help of electronic beater or a spatula.
  3. Add one egg and mix.
  4. Add one tspn of flour from the measured flour if the batter looks like curdled.
  5. Now add second egg and repeat the process
  6. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  7. Now mix baking powder in the flour and sieve it once before adding in a wet mixture.
  8. Mix the flour in wet mixture in two to three batches.
  9. Now in a lined muffin tray pour the mixture and fill one third only.
  10. Now fill the prepared strawberry sauce in a piping bag fill it by pressing it in the middle of the batter.
  11. Bake it for fifteen to twenty minutes at 180 degree in a preheated oven.
  12. Check it with the toothpick if it comesout clean.
  13. Thake the muffins out and cool it down on a wire rack.and serve.
  14. For straberry sauce
  15. In a nonstick pan add chopped strawberries ,sugar and corn flour cook untill it become sauce like consistency .cool it down before filling.
