Ingredients to make Broccoli Herbs paratha with added dry fruits

  • Grated broccoli 1 .1/2 cup
  • Grated cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and mashed potato 1
  • Dry fruits gronded 1 tbsp
  • Dried basil 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp
  • garlic grated 1 tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Salt, pepper , chilli powder, garam masaala
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • wheat flour 2 cups
  • besan 1 tbsp
  • curd and boondi for raita

How to make Broccoli Herbs paratha with added dry fruits

  1. Wash and grated broccoli and cauliflower. Boil and mash potatoe
  2. Saute broccoli cauliflower in a pan with 1/2 tsp oil for 5 minutes
  3. Add all masala garlic and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add herbs, roasted sesame seeds
  5. Add kasoori methi
  6. Turn off gas. Let it cool. Add dry fruit mix and coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Add mashed potatoes
  8. Now make paratha with this stuffing. Serve with boondi raita.

My Tip:

You can replace potato with raw banana. Can also serve with butter on top and pickle
