Ingredients to make Eggless Italian Tiramisu With Lady Finger Biscuits

  • For lady finger biscuits
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1/4 milk
  • 100 gms butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • For Tiramisu
  • 250 gm mascrapone cheese
  • 100 gm heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp coffee mixed with 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

How to make Eggless Italian Tiramisu With Lady Finger Biscuits

  1. First we will start making biscuits
  2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  3. Add in milk, baking powder, vanilla extract and flour. Mix well.
  4. Fill this in a piping bag and pipe out the biscuits in shape of fingers.
  5. Dust powdered sugar above the piped biscuits and bake it at 170 degree centigrade for 10 minutes or till they become light brown.
  6. For the filling of mascarpone cheese: Whip cream till stiff peaks.
  7. Then cream mascrapone cheese and sugar till well blended.
  8. Now incorporate whipped cream and mascarpone cheese well.
  9. Add a dash of brewed coffee and vanilla extract and again mix well.
  10. By this time the biscuit would be done.
  11. Dip the biscuit in the brewed coffee and arrange in the dish followed by cream-mascarpone cheese mix and repeat the process till the dish is filled.
  12. Now keep this in fridge at least 3 hours.
  13. Dust some cocoa powder and serve with love.
