ABOUT Boneless Chicken Fry RECIPE

An excellent side dish for any dinner party. It can be whipped up so easily. The ingredients are common pantry staples and are easily available in every kitchen. A comfort food by all means, this one gives the warmth of pure homemade food served with love just as the food made by a mother. Whenever I feel homesick, I make this for myself and comfort myself and it soothes my heart and soul. A soulful indulgence is what I call it therefore and hope to have spread my word across to you all beautiful people out there. Happy Soulful Cooking!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chicken bite sized pieces 800 gm
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  4. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Chicken masala 1 tbsp
  8. Onion pieces big ones 1 cup
  9. Capsicum cubes 1 cup
  10. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  11. Oil 2 cups
  12. Green chillies 3-4
  13. Curry leaves 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mentioned.
  2. Set aside for an hour.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry chicken pieces few at a time.
  4. Finally fry the onion and capsicum cubes too with curry leaves and green chillies.
  5. Serve hot with any simple pulao or gravy based side dish.
