Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta boiled 2 cups
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Capsicum finely chopped half cup
  4. Cabbage finely chopped half cup
  5. Carrot grated Half cup
  6. Oil 1 tea spoon
  7. Mustard seed half tea spoon
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add cabbage, capsicum and carrot
  2. Add boiled pasta and curd and mix
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix again and chill for half an hour
  4. Take a small wok add one tea spoon oil
  5. Add mustard seed to the heated oil
  6. Add this oil mix to chilled vegetable pasta
  7. Vegetable pasta is ready Serve chilled
