Red velvet Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients to make Red velvet Oreo cheesecake

  • Red velvet cake - 1
  • Oreo vanilla flavour - 50 to 100 grms
  • Whipped cream - 200 gm
  • cream cheese - 150 gm
  • Veg gelatin - 50 gm
  • Milk - 50 gm
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate sauce - 1/4 cup

How to make Red velvet Oreo cheesecake

  1. Beat sugar and whipped cream, mix it gently.
  2. Combine gelatin in warm milk. Beat creamcheese till smooth, add in the milk and gelatin mixture.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream, chocolate sauce and oreo chunks.
  4. Pour this filling on the red velvet base and keep in fridge to set for 6 hours.
  5. After 6 hours decorate it with chocolate ganache or strawberry compote.
