Cream De Papaya with Berry Coulis

Ingredients to make Cream De Papaya with Berry Coulis

  • papaya, peeled, deseeded and cubed 2 cups
  • Vanilla ice cream 3/4 cup
  • Grenadine 1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • sugar 1/2 cup

How to make Cream De Papaya with Berry Coulis

  1. Blend the papaya cubes with icecream till it's creamy.
  2. Pour in individual cups/dishes and pour grenadine/coulis on it
  3. For the berry coulis:
  4. Heat a pan, add the sugar and berries. Stir well and cook till it's soft.
  5. Take it out from the fire, mash and strain the pulp.
  6. Pour this coulis on the the Cream De Papaya.

My Tip:

If the papaya is not sweet, add 2 tbsp of sugar.
