Ingredients to make Strawberry Chocolate Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4-5 dates
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened natural greek yogurt or unsweetened natural yogurt
  • 2 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 fresh strawberries

How to make Strawberry Chocolate Mousse

  1. Blend together the avocado, dates, cocoa powder and yogurt until it's smooth.
  2. In a different bowl, beat the egg whites until it's foamy. Add 1 tsp honey and beat until stiff peaks form. The egg foam should be firm. ( While making the egg white foam, it's very important that the dishes are clean and dry.)
  3. Gently fold together the whipped cream mixture and the egg mixtures. The best way is to add 1 tbsp of egg mixture into the avocado cream and mix it well. After this, try to fold the egg white mixture gently with the a spoon from down to up.
  4. Gently put the mixture with layers into individual serving glasses with sliced strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours.
