ABOUT Paneer Palak RECIPE

Very north indian Malai Paneer saute in some ghee with onions and garlic crush.Simple spices haldi namak mirchi .Palak puree made of boiled palak./spinach.A delicacy too if served to guests add cream on to to dress.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 grams paneer
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 tablespoon ghee
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4th tspoon haldi
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1 bunch spinach puree

Instructions

  1. Ready chopped onions
  2. Keep ready boiled palak puree
  3. Cut paneer squares
  4. make onion garlic Saute ,add paneer pieces
  5. Add dry spices
  6. Add palak puree on this
  7. Mix lightly the paneer in palak
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Palak paneer is done , enjoy with parantha chapaati
