A simple and sweet cake.

For the custard:
Custard powder 3 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
For the base:
Semolina 1 cup
Curd 1/3 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/4th tsp
Any fruits (I used papaya)

Instructions

Start by preparing the custard first and keep it aside to cool. Put it in a baking dish to set.
Mix the semolina with the curd, sugar and baking powder. Then put this batter on the custard.
Bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
Take it out from the oven and let it cool. Then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve it cooled and decorate with fruits.
