ABOUT Palak Paneer RECIPE

Palak Paneer is an authentic punjabi dis. Fried Paneer in rich creamy Palak gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Speenach leaves 250gm
  2. Paneer 200 gm
  3. Green chillies 3
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Large onion 1 finely slices
  6. Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric pdr 1 tsp
  8. Cumin pdr 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli pdr 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil as required
  11. Salt as required
  12. Fresh cream 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil spinach leaves and wash them with ice cold water.
  2. Drain water and blend with all ingredient except onion, oil and paneer.
  3. In a pan heat oil add onion and fry them till golden brown.
  4. Add palak blended and cook well.
  5. In a frying pan take little oil and fry paneer. Then add them in palak gravy.
