About Paneer Burji Recipe

A yummy breakfast option for vegetarians ,Paneer Burji is a vegetarian form of scrambled eggs which tastes good with breads or chaptatis.

Paneer Burji

Ingredients to make Paneer Burji

  • 200 gms paneer
  • 2 med sized onions chopped finely
  • 1 med tomato chopped
  • 1 capsicum(optional)
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder/haldi
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Burji

  1. In a pan heat oil,add cumin seeds.
  2. Add the chopped ginger garlic and onions and saute for 5-6 min on med flame .
  3. Once the onions turn translucent add the green chillies and capsicum and saute .
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy.
  5. Now mix in the garam masala powder,turmeric salt and the crumbled paneer.
  6. Saute till everything is well mixed and dry.
  7. Lastly add coriander leaves and serve hot with bread/roti/chapati.

if u will add some coriander n fennel powder ...bet taste increases.
