Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada
- Soaked sabudana- 1 cup
- Boiled, peeled and finely chopped potatoes- 1/2 cup
- Roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
- lemon juice- 1 tsp
- sugar- 2 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
- salt to taste
- oil to deep fry
How to make Sabudana Vada
My Tip:
For 1 cup of soaked sabudabna, soak 1/2 cup of sabudana in the water. Remove all the extra water after washing the sabudana. Peanuts should be crushed coarsely to achieve that extra crunch.
