Hara Bhara croquettes

Ingredients to make Hara Bhara croquettes

  • Grated cabbage 3-4 tbsp
  • Grated carrot 3-4 tbsp
  • Grated cauliflower 2-3 tbsp
  • Grated potato 1 cup
  • 1/4cup moong soaked dal
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Boiled corn 2-3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped french beans 2-3 tbsp
  • mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup olive oil as required
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

How to make Hara Bhara croquettes

  1. Take all vegetables and mash them with salt,chilli powder,moong dal & mustard powder.
  2. Mix well and make croquettes.
  3. Meanwhile make the flour batter by mixing flour and water together until smooth.
  4. Dip the croquette in the batter. Coat with bread crumbs
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the croquettes. Cut into two pieces from center.
  6. Garnish with cheese. Serve with chutney or sauce.
