  • curd 1/2 cup
  • coriander chutney 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar 1 tsp
  • Sev 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed and powdered Monaco biscuits 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Dahi Vada With a Twist of Monaco Biscuits

  1. Place the monaco biscuits in lukewarm water for a minute.
  2. Press and drain the water from the biscuits and put them on a plate. Add the sweet chutney and sweetened curd.
  3. Sprinkle some cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt.
