Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana Dal, soaked 1/2 cup
  2. American corn 2 tbsp
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 slice of fresh bread
  6. A pinch of cooking soda
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Grind the corn, chana and green chillies together to form a coarse paste. Then keep this aside.
  2. Make a coarse powder of the bread and add this to the corn chana paste. Then add the ginger-garlic paste, salt, oil, soda and mix it well together.
  3. Make medium sized balls from this mixture and flatten them.
  4. Keep the marker on 180 degrees, then preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. After five minutes set it for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Arrange the vadas in the philips air fryer and bake for 8 minutes or until it is done.
  6. Serve them hot for best taste.
