Ingredients to make khamang thalipith

  • 2 cup jowar flour 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 3 onions chopped finely
  • 15 cloves of garlic coarsely crushed
  • 2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon haldi
  • 2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoon jera
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • salt to taste

How to make khamang thalipith

  1. Mix all 3 flours add onions,coriander,garlic,haldi,salt,red chilly powder ,jeera .Heat oil n add over the mixture,mix well,add water make a soft dough. Take a kadhai spread 1 pedha make 3,4 holes in middle add 2 tea spoon oil cover n simmer
  2. for 10 minutes on low flame,serve with fresh butter.
My Tip: heat oil nicely
