Ingredients to make Chocolate nuts mouse

  • 10 to 15 pieces of vanilla sponge cake
  • 1 slab dark chocolate
  • 1 slab light chocolate
  • 1 cup roasted dry fruits (almonds, cashewnuts and walnuts)
  • 8 to 10 red cherries
  • 1/2 pack noodles
  • 1 cup sugar syrup

How to make Chocolate nuts mouse

  1. In a bowl, take the plain vanilla sponge cake crumple it nicely.
  2. Add a little sugar syrup and knead it nicely like a dough.
  3. Give it a shape of a mouse before giving it a shape of a mouse add the roasted nuts inside and then give it a shape.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 day so that it becomes hard.
  5. In another bowl cut the dark and light chocolate into pieces. Keep it inside the microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Then take it out from the oven and mix well so that there should be no lumps.
  7. Take out the sponge cake from the fridge and dip it inside the chocolate and keep aside.
  8. Take the noodles pieces to give a tail and ears in my case.
  9. Cut the cherry and give a shape of a nose.
  10. Keep it in the fridge to set for some time before serving.

My Tip:

In place of noodles you can use vermicelli for tail and almonds for ears, for the eyes you can use gems.
