Ingredients to make Instant Poha Idli

  • 1 cup poha
  • 1/2 Cup Rava
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp baking soda

How to make Instant Poha Idli

  1. Wash poha. Add curd and mix well. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Then with a spoon mash the poha well. Add rava and water if needed.
  3. Add salt, mix well.
  4. Just before steaming add in the baking soda.
  5. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can give a tadka of mustard, curry leaves, chilli in the batter then steam.
