Ingredients to make Cream puff.

  • all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • butter 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • eggs 2
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Chocolate ganach 1 cup

How to make Cream puff.

  1. In a saucepan put water, butter, salt and sugar.
  2. Bring to boil on high heat. Remove from heat. Immediately add the flour. Stir until mixed well. Bring to heat. Stir continuously for 2 min
  3. Cool down. Add egg one at a time and beat with an electric beater until well corporate.
  4. Put the mixture in a pipping bag. Pipe it on a butter paper on o baking dish.
  5. Smooth the top with a wet finger. Give an egg wash.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree centigrade for 5 min. Then bring down the temperature to 180 degree centigrade. Bake for another 20 min.
  7. Cool down the puff
  8. Cut open with a sharp knife. Fill the pockets with whipped cream. And serve.

My Tip:

You can fill the pockets with chocolet ganach or any other cream of your choice.
