Ingredients to make Coconut fruit flan

  • Candied fruits 1 cup
  • coconut milk 1 cup
  • Full cream milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • heavy cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cherries 1/2 cup
  • Fresh mango slices 2 cups
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

How to make Coconut fruit flan

  1. Mix all milks, vanilla essence, cream and eggs in a mixer properly.
  2. Choose a glass dish to get the flan settled in.
  3. Sprinkle the candied fruits in the bottom.
  4. Pour over your milk and eggs mixture.
  5. Set the dish in a preheated oven in a tray filled with water in the bottom to give the water bath to your flan.
  6. Bake this flan for 40 minutes.
  7. After baking, cool it in the fridge and serve with fresh fruits and chocolate syrup.

My Tip:

If you want this flan vegan you may skip regular milk and condensed milk. In the place of condensed milk use brown sugar and coconut cream.
