Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom, onion, jinger galic paste salt capsicum, , tamato, chilli powder, haladi powder, chiken masala, garam masala powder.

Instructions

  1. First dry roast whole red chillies and coriander seeds. Grind them and keep aside.Take a pan, add oil then slightly fry the capsicum cubes and onion cubes. Take it out and keep aside, in the same oil add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, whole red chilli then finely chopped onions and saute them well till the onions turns brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute them till the raw smell goes off. Then add red chili powder as per taste, garam masala powder, salt, previously roasted red chilli coriander powder, very little turmeric and mix well. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and saute them well.. Mix them all together well. Then add the cleaned mushroom pieces, nicely mix with the masala, cover and cook for few mins. Add the fried chopped onions cubes, capsicums cubes, some water and let it boil till the vegetables and mushroom cooks well. Finally add fresh cream optional ;
