Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice powder - 2 cups
  2. Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  3. Oats - 2 tbsp
  4. Coconut - 1 1/2 cups (Grated)
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  6. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind coconut, jaggery, oats, sugar and cardamom.
  2. Mix with rice powder.
  3. Make small balls and deep fry it in hot oil.
  4. Coconut and rice balls are ready.
