ABOUT Chicken and mushrooms in Alfredo sauce RECIPE

A creamy dish with a lot of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup pasta
  2. 1 cup chicken diced finely
  3. 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  4. 1 medium sized onion sliced finely
  5. 1/2 cup garlic finely chopped
  6. 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
  7. 2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  8. 1 cup grated cheese
  9. 2 tbsp virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and saute onions and garlic.
  2. Add chicken and mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes. Add mixed herbs and salt.
  3. Add fresh cream and boil for 1 minute. Finally add grated cheese, lower the heat and simmer till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
