Ingredients to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  • For the sponge cake:
  • maida
  • egg
  • Milkmaid
  • butter
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Milk
  • For the filling:
  • Whipped cream,
  • grated coconut,
  • preaperd creamy custard
  • For the ganache:
  • Grated dark chocolate
  • Amul fresh cream
  • Cocoa powder

How to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  1. Mix egg, milkmaid, soften butter, vanilla essence till there is no lumps. Add maida, baking powder and mix well together. Add milk if required. Grease the baking dish and dust it with flour. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake it.
  2. Whip cream till it form peaks, add grated coconut to the prepared whipped cream and also mix whipped cream to the prepared creamy custard.
  3. Combine grated dark chocolate, cream and cocoa powder into a double boiler on a medium heat for few minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the sponge cake and decorate it with ribbon, fresh flowers and silver leaf.
