Ingredients to make Caramel fudge

  • 10 gram sugar
  • 25 gram butter
  • 100 Condensed milk
  • 115 gram dark chocolate

How to make Caramel fudge

  1. Prepare 8*8 inch pan lined with greased foil paper
  2. Take sugar in a heavy bottom pan, caramelized it. As it turns yellow add butter and mix well.
  3. Add condensed milk and give it a boil
  4. Remove from heat add chocolate chunks. Mix in cut and fold method .beat the mixture only for few seconds till it thickens.
  5. Transfer the fudge into the prepared pan. Tap on working table 3 - 4 times.
  6. Use Sprinklers to decorate.

My Tip:

process is pretty fast. Make sure you have all ingredients on working table before starting.
