Ingredients to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar (Powdered)
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 sachet eno
  • Whipping cream 1 packet
  • 1 cup compound chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Nutella spread

How to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  1. First preheat oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes.
  2. Sift all the dry ingredients twice.
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients properly and then gradually add in the dry ingredients. At the end add in the eno.
  4. Grease the baking mould and pour the batter.
  5. Bake at 160 degree centigrade for 45 minutes to an hour or till it is baked. Check by inserting a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean then the cake is baked.
  6. For ganache: In the whipping cream, add melted compound chocolate and nutella. Mix well and then spread all over the cake.
  7. Decorate and keep in the fridge.
