It's a festival time...yes time for dandiya raas. Many of us are on fast...Keeping Navratri fasting in the name of Goddess Durga. Fasting and Feasting usually doesn't go together, because the whole concept of fasting is to eat light, so that it doesn't excite your mind...thus it helps the person to focus her energy and mind worshipping the Goddess Durga....Here I come with most healthy smoothie recipe for everyone...this not only kick your energy level this keeps you active through out the day.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe Banana :- 1
  2. Frozen mix fruits( if you have fresh fruits well and good)
  3. Yogurt:- 1 tbsp full ( Greek Yogurt of any flavor tastes best)
  4. Milk:- 1 Big Cup( You can use, Badam, soya, or plain Milk)
  5. Almond Powdered:- 1 tsp
  6. Dates:- 1 chopped finely
  7. Flax seed powder:- 2 tsp
  8. Sugar:- if needed, as this already gives natural sweetness
  9. Cashew:- 2 nos.

Instructions

  1. Blend all above ingredients in blender and serves cold.
