Ingredients to make Vegan double chocolate mousse

  • Silken tofu - half block
  • Cocoa powder-1tbsp
  • Choco chips (vegan)-1tbsp
  • coconut oil- few drops
  • Soy milk- half cup
  • Brown sugar - to sweeten
  • Vegan choco thins - to garnish
  • grapes halved - a few to garnish

How to make Vegan double chocolate mousse

  1. In Microwave safe dish zap the choco and coconut oil till it melts and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add smooth tofu, cocoa powder and brown sugar and whisk till smooth.
  3. Add the soy milk and mix till smooth.
  4. Add the melted choco chip and melted and mix well till smooth.
  5. Spoon into ramekins and chill till ready to use.
  6. Garnish with chocolate thins and grape halves

My Tip:

You can use low fat milk instead of soy milk to make a normal version.
