Choco Lava Cake

Ingredients to make Choco Lava Cake

  • butter 100 gms
  • Dark chocolate 100 gms
  • Caster sugar 60 gms
  • Beaten eggs 85 gms
  • Refined flour 50 gm

How to make Choco Lava Cake

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate and mix into a smooth batter.
  2. Add the caster sugar to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Add the sugar egg mixture to the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix well.
  4. Add the flour and fold into a smooth batter.
  5. Pour into greased baking moulds or ramekins.
  6. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  7. Bake at 220°c for 7 minutes.
  8. De mould and serve immediately.

My Tip:

At 7 min check if the top is set else bake for another 1 min. You can serve with vanilla ice cream.
