Ingredients to make Dhone Patar Bora

  • 2 bunches of cilantro or coriander leaves
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chilli 2-3
  • salt as per taste
  • mustard oil for frying
  • poppy seeds 2 tsp

How to make Dhone Patar Bora

  1. First cut coriander leaves finely. Now add green chilies, rice flour and salt as per taste.
  2. Add poppy seeds and mix all ingredients well.
  3. Now add little bit water and mix well.
  4. Take mix and flatten it on hands and make bara shape. Keep them aside.
  5. Take a pan add mustard oil, when oil is gets hot, fry baras until they becomes golden brown. Dhone patar bara is ready.

My Tip:

You can use bengal gram flour or maida too instead of rice flour.
