Ingredients to make Banana Orange Sago Delight

  • For banana ice cream:
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 gm milk
  • sugar as per your taste
  • For sago kheer:
  • 3 spoon soaked sago
  • 250 gm milk
  • sugar as per your taste
  • saffron few strands
  • For garnishing:
  • pistachio as required
  • Orange segments

How to make Banana Orange Sago Delight

  1. Take a pan, add milk, boil it. Make banana puree with little milk.
  2. Add banana puree and sugar in boiled milk and mix well, when the consistency becomes thick, switch off the flame. Let it cool, blend it and keep it refrigerated for one hour.
  3. Take a pan, add milk and boil it. Add sago and saffron and cook till the sago cooked properly. Add sugar, let it cool then keep it refrigerated.
  4. Take a glass, put icecream, then orange segments, sago kheer and last chopped pistachio.

My Tip:

You can also use kiwi or pineapple for better taste.
