Ingredients: 300g pasta 100 corn; Cook pasta and corn with enough water along with 3 drops oil; 1/2 cup mushrooms; 1 medium size chopped onion; 100g grated mozzarella cheese; 2 chopped tomatoes; 2 cloves Garlic; 1 tablespoon Oregano; 1/2 Red chilli powder; Pinch black pepper; Salt to test. I tabs oil; For a white sauce we will require; 2 tab butter; 1/2 oregano; 2 tablespoon purpose flour; Salt to test; 1/2 cup milk

Ingredients Serving: 4

300g pasta 100 corn
Cook pasta and corn with enough water along with 3 drops oil
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 medium size chopped onion

2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Oregano

For a white sauce we will require
2 tab butter
1/2 oregano
2 tablespoon purpose flour
Salt to test
1/2 cup milk

Instructions

For the White sauce method
Heat the pan add the butter when it starts melt then add purpose flour whisk it well now add milk and keep stirring until the mixture becomes slightly thick and creamy cook it low medium flame and keep stirring to avoid the lumps
Now add salt oregano and black pepper . White sauce recipe is the ready
In an other pan heat the oil add onion, garlic cook until fragrant but not brown about one minute
