Egg Curry

Ingredients to make Egg Curry

  • 4 eggs boiled and peeled
  • 1 Onion paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 8 to 10 seeds fenugreek
  • 2 chillies paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped for garnish

How to make Egg Curry

  1. Add water make smooth paste of (onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli)
  2. Heat oil in kadai add fenugreek seeds and fry it till they get dark brown in color. Add paste and stir it on low flame for 20 minutes.
  3. Add all powders and water in mixture. Cover lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Check if the is curry ready, add boiled egg in it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot and garnish coriander leaves.
My Tip: We can heat oil in wok add little turmeric powder and fry boiled eggs. The outside layer becomes little crunchy.
