Egg Kebabs

Ingredients to make Egg Kebabs

  • Boiled eggs - 2
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • Grated processed cheese - 3 tbsp
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Outer coating :
  • egg whites as required
  • Bread crumbs as required

How to make Egg Kebabs

  1. Grate the boiled potato and the boiled eggs.
  2. Mix the above with rest of the ingredients.
  3. Form small patties with the above mixture.
  4. Dip them in egg whites and coat them with bread crumbs.
  5. Rest these for at least an hour in the fridge.
  6. Deep fry them in very hot oil and serve.
