Ingredients to make Bottle gaurd and pumpkin frittata

  • eggs 2
  • Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/8 cup
  • Bottle guard grated 1/4 cup
  • pumpkin grated 1/4 cup
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • onion 1 small
  • garlic 4 pods
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  • chilly flakes 1 teaspoon
  • pepper 1 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste

How to make Bottle gaurd and pumpkin frittata

  1. Take butter in a pan, saute onion for a minute, then add garlic.
  2. Then add the vegetables, salt, pepper and cook for two to three minutes.
  3. In a clean bowl whisk the eggs, add milk, cheese, olive oil and mix well.
  4. Add the sauteed vegetables(slightly cooled) to the egg mixture and mix well. Add pepper, mixed herbs, chilly flakes and salt.
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Pour in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees celsius for half an hour.
