Egg Omelette Curry

Ingredients to make Egg Omelette Curry

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium size tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small potato, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Hot red chilli powder
  • 3 elaichi, crushed or powdered
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Egg Omelette Curry

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 tsp chopped onion, chopped green chilli, little salt and a little haldi powder. Add Eggs and mix it well .
  2. Take a frying pan and add 2 tsp oil. When the oil is heated, add the egg mixture and make an omelette. Now cut into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. Now add oil again to the frying pan. When the oil gets heated, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, jeera powder, salt, sugar, garlic paste, haldi powder, red chilli powder and fry till oil is released out of the masala. Add 1 cup of boil water and mashed potatoes and make a gravy. Add all fry Egg pieces and elaichi powder.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.
