Ingredients to make Nariyal lauki laddu

  • 500 gm grated bottle gourd
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 8 almond cut from middle

How to make Nariyal lauki laddu

  1. Put a heavy bottom pan on gas and add ghee and bottle gourd
  2. Cover it for 10 minutes on the middle flame
  3. When the water of bottle gourd totally dry add sugar in it and mix regularly in middle to high flame and when sugar and gourd becomes tight add grated coconut and off the flame
  4. Mix well
  5. On cooling add cardamom powder
  6. Spread some ghee in your hands and with the help of ghee make the laddoo
  7. Cover it with dessicated coconut and decorate with almonds
  8. Storing it in the freeze you can eat it for 1 week

My Tip:

When sugar and gourd is totally cooked then add grated coconut,it will make laddoo more tastey and smells well
