Ingredients to make Mesuk pak

  • 1cup besan
  • ,2 cups sugar
  • 3cups ghee
  • 2 tbspalmond and pistachio flakes,
  • 1tsp cardamom pwd.

How to make Mesuk pak

  1. In a heaby bottom pan take sugar .add water to sink sugar.
  2. Once sugar is melted and starts boiling add1 cup ghee .
  3. when mixed well add 1 cup Besan.stir well to break lumps
  4. Add 2nd cup of ghee.stir continuously.
  5. Add1/2cup of ghee.stir.slowly add 1/2 cup of ghee.stir till ghee separates.
  6. pour in the plate.garnish with flaked almonds and pistachio and cardamom powder .make pieces after 10 minutes. Remove when cooled completely.
