Ingredients to make Aloo bhujiya

  • Gramflour 2 cups
  • Boiled potato 1/2 kg
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • hing asafoeida 1 /2tsp
  • Ojus machine thin blade for making bhujiya
  • oil for frying

How to make Aloo bhujiya

  1. Boil aloo and grate it {kaddukas it}
  2. Mix besan ;aloo ;hing red chilli powder turmeric powder and chaat masala .make a tight dough.
  3. Heat oil and use Ojus machine to make bhujiya in low flame
