Ingredients to make # betterbutter # homemade # diwali Kesariya Bread Gulab Jamun

  • 12 pieces white bread
  • kesar threads
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1cup water
  • 2 tsp maida
  • ghee for frying

How to make # betterbutter # homemade # diwali Kesariya Bread Gulab Jamun

  1. Cut the edges of white bread In a bowl add milk and dissolve breads one by one and squeeze Properly.
  2. Add 2 tsp maida in squeezed bread and mix well and form a smooth dough.
  3. Make small balls from the dough And fry in ghee in small batches In a pan add sugar and water and make 1 thread consistency syrup,
  4. ,add kesar threads in sugar syrup and dissolve the fried balls in it.
  5. Gulabjamuns will absorb sugar syrup in 2 to 3 hours. Gulabjamuns are ready to serve.

My Tip:

Squeeze the bread properly otherwise balls will not become smooth.
