Ingredients to make Cashew Banana Shake Elaichi flavour

  • Chilled Milk - 500 ml
  • Ripe bananas - 3 pc
  • cashew - 20-25 pc
  • sugar - 6 tspn or as per taste
  • Elaichi/cardamom powder - of 3 pc

How to make Cashew Banana Shake Elaichi flavour

  1. Peel and chop bananas finely. Grind cashews to a powder form keeping 4-5 pc.
  2. Chop cashews into long thin pieces. This will be used in garnishing.
  3. In a blender, add chopped bananas, cashew powder, sugar and little milk.
  4. Blend it finely such that no pieces of banana are found and these get mashed properly.
  5. Now in a large mixing bowl, take this banana cashew pulp/paste.
  6. Add remaining chilled milk to it. Add elaichi powder and Mix well.
  7. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with thin long cashew pieces.
  8. Can add extra elaichi powder on top as per taste. Enjoy chilled.

My Tip:

Keep some Cashew powder in fridge always as it becomes hanfy to use.
