Ingredients to make Veg pulao

  • rice 2 cup
  • cabbage 1 cup
  • potato 1 medium size
  • onion 2 very medium size
  • capsicum 1 /2 cup
  • paneer pieces 1/2 cup
  • Grated paneer 3 to 4 spoon
  • carrot 1/2 cup
  • peas 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • red chilli powder 1 tspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tspoon
  • Kitncen king n pavbhaji masala 1 tspoon each
  • red chilli sous 2 tspoon
  • Sehjwan chutney (optional)
  • tomato catch up 3 to 4 tspoon
  • oil 4 to 5 tspoon
  • butter cubes 3 to 4
  • garlic cloves 7 to 8 cloves
  • ginger n green chilli paste 1 to 2 spoon
  • Cheese and coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Veg pulao

  1. First cook the rice in water without oil. Dnt cook to much. Add salt while cooking. After cooking it drain the water from rice.
  2. Now take pan n heat 4 to 5 tspoon oil. Add all vegetables with salt except paneer. Now Let them cook for 5 to 7 mnts.
  3. Now add all spices, stir it for 2 mnts, now add red chili sous, sejwan chutney n catch up n grated paneer .
  4. Mix it well n cook for more 2 -3 mnts. Now add paneer cubes & rice.
  5. Mix it very well. Cook for 5 -10 mnts, if it needs water add as per ur requirement.
  6. Now switch of the flame n add butter cubes . N serve after 5 mnts so butter gets disolved n garnish with coriander n grated cheese.

My Tip:

Rice and vegetables shd nt over cook. U can serve this with curd, salad or panner gravy sabji
