Ingredients to make Ragi Flour Chocolate Cup cake Egg less

  • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
  • Milk 4 tsp
  • yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • chocolate spread 4 tsp for garnishing
  • sprinkles 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp

How to make Ragi Flour Chocolate Cup cake Egg less

  1. Sift flour , ragi flour
  2. Also add baking powder , baking soda , cocoa powder
  3. In another bowl add oil , yoghurt , condensed milk and milk
  4. Now mix this liquid mixture to the flour mixture
  5. Mix all the ingredients using metal spoon or spatula
  6. Now take baking moulds which fits well in the pressure cooker
  7. The moulds should not touch the inside walls of pressure cooker
  8. This is very important
  9. Preheat the pressure cooker for 10 mins
  10. Remove gasket and whistle
  11. Now pour the batter in the baking dish and keep inside the pressure cooker
  12. Now bake for 15 _ 18 mins , first 10 mins , in medium heat and then low heat
  13. Check with toothpick if it comes clean then switch off gas or if not so continue to heat and check
  14. Once it is cooled , after 10 mins , demould the cakes garnish with chocolate spread and sprinkles and serve
