Spider Web Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients to make Spider Web Chocolate Truffle Cake

  • All purpose flour 160 gms
  • oats powder 30 gms
  • Cocoa powder 10 gms
  • baking powder 2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 100 gms (unsalted & low fat)
  • Condensed milk 260 gms
  • vanilla essence 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • milk 100 ml
  • oil 1 tsp (for shine)

How to make Spider Web Chocolate Truffle Cake

  1. In a bowl, beat butter and condensed milk till it becomes soft fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  2. Now add milk and beat till it mixes with the batter.
  3. Preheat oven on 180°C for 10 minutes. And grease 8" tin also add parchment paper.
  4. Now add dry mix (Flour, oats powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda sifted together) in 3 parts so as no lumps form.
  5. Beat well just to mix all well.
  6. Put all Batter in the tin and bake the cake on 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Check if cake is done by the toothpick test.

My Tip:

Sugar syrup (water+sugar) and ganache (fresh cream 200 ml + 200 gms dark chocolate compound).
