Ingredients to make Eggless Donuts

  • Refined flour 2 cups
  • room temprature butter 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • warm milk 3/4 cup or as required
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • dark & white melted chocolate

How to make Eggless Donuts

  1. Sift the flour in a bowl, add all ingredients, mix it properly with a hand mixer.
  2. Add milk gradually and make dough. Roll the dough, slightly thick and then cut with donut cutter about 1/2 or 3/4 cm.
  3. Set on a tray, keep aside for 10 to 12 minutes for proofing.
  4. In a deep dish add oil and heat on medium. Add in the donuts, one by one & fry on low flame till light brown. (don't make darken brown)
  5. After frying, remove & keep on tissues to absorb oil.
  6. Take the melted chocolate & garnish.
