Ingredients to make Instant Dahi Vada

  • Jeera butter Packet- 1
  • curd- 2 cups
  • sugar- 2 teaspoon
  • salt- 1/2 teaspoon
  • jeera powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Meetha/Sweet chutney- 2 teaspoon
  • Green chutney- 2 teaspoon
  • Ready Sev- for garnishing

How to make Instant Dahi Vada

  1. Take 4 jeera butter biscuits and dip it in a bowl of hot water. Then drain them a little and arrange them in a flat glass dish.
  2. Beat the curd, jeera powder, chaat powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  3. Then pour this curd on top of the butter biscuits arranged in the flat glass dish.
  4. Now take one serving cup, lift the curd soaked vada and place it inside it.
  5. Pour some green chutney and meetha chutney on top of this.
  6. Lastly sprinkle some sev on top and serve it.
