Quick Wheat Dosa

Ingredients to make Quick Wheat Dosa

  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • onion big sized 1
  • green chillies 3
  • peppercorns 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Few curry leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • water as required

How to make Quick Wheat Dosa

  1. Take both the flours in a medium sized vessel. Mix it well with salt. Then add water to it and make sure that the batter is not too thin. (Make sure no lumps are formed.)
  2. In a separate pan, add oil to heat and season it with peppercorns, jeera, curry leaves, finely chopped onions and green chillies. Saute it well.
  3. Add this to the batter mixture and mix it well.
  4. To prepare the dosa, heat a flat non-stick pan. (Note to keep the flame low)
  5. Spread the dosa batter in a circular manner on the pan. Then cook the dosa on a medium flame.
  6. Serve it hot with chutney.
