Oats Cutlet

Ingredients to make Oats Cutlet

  • Boiled potatoes- 2
  • Oats- 2 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese- 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Oats Cutlet

  1. Mix the boiled potatoes, cheese and some wet oats (sprinkle some water in the oats) together. (Half of the oats will be kept aside and in the other half we will add in all the masalas).
  2. Give the desired shape to the cutlets. Then roll the cutlets in some dry oats.
  3. Deep fry all the cutlets in hot oil.
  4. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup on the side.

My Tip:

We can add ground nuts in the cutlets as well.
